Cambodia. Unloading at port
Unloading bricks at the harbourvof Siem Reap: Due to the lack of harbour facilities everything is loaded and unloaded by hand. The changing water level is making the construction of a harbour difficult. - - Participatory Natural resource Management in the Tonle Sap Region: GCP/CMB/008/BEL. The project has worked in Siem Reap since 1995 on assisting the Government of Cambodia, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery and Ministry of Environment in the process of handing management responsibility for forestry and fishery resources to local communities through organisation, training and in other ways facilitating the process with authorities and other stake holders.
