Background Information
The purpose of the mission was to document and share knowledge about good practices, results, and lessons learned from the FAO-China South-South Cooperation (SSC) Project in Sri-Lanka (GCP/SRL/073/CPR). This was achieved through meetings and interviews of relevant stakeholders, from beneficiaries to senior government, and stakeholders involved in the project.
The visit also aimed to discuss with relevant stakeholders, including senior-level government officials, major progress, milestone achievements and key challenges, as well as suggestions to improve the implementation of the project.
