21 January 2020, Taita, Kenya - Easther Kirigha is cooking fish and vegetables with the help of her daughetr Zainabu. They are a members of "Green Rock", a farming group with 14 members, who have been taught on nutrition and the value of a variety of foods. Each member have a kitchen garden for substance use, and also crops that they farm and sell as a group.
