28 July 2019, Tartous, Syria - Olives and Oil produced by Adla Hasan who lives in Safita-Tartous Governorate, supports herself, and her siblings of five, by farming and producing olives products for more than 20 years. Adla simply loves making variety of olives products because she inherited the traditional making process from her mother. She produces olives pickles, olives oil and soap. She believes that her products can compete manufactured because she keens to meet food hygiene standards. Adla hopes to gain the proper income she deserves.
